This problem often occurs when a new PC installed or rarely used. But no other possibility as the cause. For cases like the above do the following steps :
- Check the power cable, is it connected properly from the power outlet to the PC. If already installed, try to unplugged it and then plug it again.
- Power outlets, you can check it by trying to plug another electronic equipment (normal conditions) that is all around you.
- Use a stabilizer. If you already have, try to check it, is it function properly.
- If the PC can not on, the greatest possible damage to the power supply.
