Sometimes we get annoyed with the slow performance of the printer when printing, we have to wait a few minutes until the printer do its job. The job that could be done quickly, but instead be delayed just because of slow printer performance.
For cases like the above, probably there are problems in the queue files to be in print. The file is located in the Start -> Settings -> Printers. Double click on the name of the printer you use. A window will appear titled printer job queue list. You can delete the queue files that you feel is unused.
Possible further from the case of “slow printing printer” if there is no queue but the printing process still take a long time in because of the amount of disk space is too small. You can perform the following steps:
- Double-click the My Computer icon on the desktop.
- Right click on your hard drive, select Properties from the menu that appears.
- In the Properties dialog box, click the General tab, then select Disk Clean Up button.
- Click disk clean up tab in the dialog box Disk Clean Up. Mark the Temporary Internet Files, Offline Web Pages, Recycle Bin and Temporary Files under Files To Delete menu. If these steps are done click “OK”.
- If there is a request to confirm the removal files, click “OK”.
